TERM FEE INFORMATION
Term fees must be paid by the conclusion of week two of each term. payments can be made via direct deposit or via eftpos. Please communicate if you will be paying the weekly fee via direct deposit as an alternative option. Unpaid fees may effect your child’s ability to continue to participate in the program until fees have been balanced. If you need to discuss a payment plan please speak with Christina directly.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS

There will be an offer of a 5% early bird discount on term fees only for gymnasts training 9hrs per week or more.

SIBLING DISCOUNTS

Sibling discount applies to the child training the least amount a 20% discount will be deducted from term fees.

All term fees are non refundable

Make up lessons

Make up lessons can be arranged if you are unable to attend training to illness or injury. Lessons can be made up within the term of the missed lesson and do not roll over to the next term.

Credits

May be used for moderate to serious injuries where the gymnast will miss a substantial amount of training. Once training is able to resume please let us know so we can adjust the term fees for the following term. please provide a medical certificate for our reference.

Athlete registration/insurance fee is per annual year, there is no refunds. Membership is due upon enrolment into our program
